- We accept unworn and unwashed items 30 days after purchase
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- We only allow 1 exchange per order
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.
- Once your return is accepted, we will begin processing your exchange. Once the exchange order is created, you will receive an exchange order email with the new order details. Then, after the order shipped, you will receive a second email with new tracking information.
