Iron it on the warm/silk setting. To be careful, you can place a sheet or towel over as a buffer. Once the wrinkles are out after ironing, you do not have to worry about ironing after washing every time. It should be good to go!

If you don't have an iron with a cooler/silk setting, you can also use a steamer. Just be sure to not press it hard against the fabric and not hold it in one spot on the shirt for too long.
